We appreciated that medical training focuses on developing clinical skills and many doctors have little or no experience of the non-clinical skills required to be a consultant.

Our courses were originally focused on urology trainees but they have become very popular and we have welcomed other specialties over the years including cardiologists, histopathologists, anaesthetists, gastroenterologists, general surgeons etc.
Recently, due to popular demand and sponsorship, we have run separate courses for radiologists. We have recruited some radiology consultant colleagues to add specialty specific focus.
