This course is aimed at ST5-7 level trainees with an interest in sub-specialty training in kidney stone surgery.

This course will run in collaboration between BAUS & KARL STORZ.

Delegates will have the opportunity to watch and discuss moderated “as live” cases. Topics include:

• suction and pressure monitoring in modern ureteroscopy
• stones in patients with complex anatomy (e.g. transplant and horseshoe kidneys, stones in calyceal diverticula)
• metabolic management of stone
• how to avoid complications in difficult situation
